About Us

Boost Counsel was founded by Nicolle Cowger in 2020 with an aim to provide collaborative, agile and thoughtful legal and business counsel to ambitious companies. We can help you with discrete, short-term tasks and with longer-term legal needs.

Background

Nicolle holds a BS in business administration and a BS in finance, economics and political science from Washington University in Saint Louis. She earned her law degree from the UCLA School of Law.

Nicolle started her practice of law as an associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters; she later worked as an associate at Cooley, focusing on fund formation and portfolio company counseling. Following big law, Nicolle has served as in-house counsel to various organizations large and small, with clients that include Symantec Corporation, Avast Technologies, Unity Technologies, Accela, Nextdoor, Disney-Pixar, Barracuda Networks, Salesforce, Google and Facebook.
